Automatic Tube Bending Machine
ALTAL offers tube bending services using a fully automatic CNC tube bending machine controlled by PLC, capable of automatically bending, transporting, and rotating the pipe. The transport, rotation, and bending of the four axes are controlled by drives.
Applicable materials: steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, aluminum pipes, copper pipes, titanium pipes, galvanized pipes, etc.
Especially suitable for processing fittings of pipe diameters from 12 mm to small diameters of 53 mm, with multiple spatial angles and high precision requirements. Applications include: manufacturing pipes for air conditioning, headrests, chairs, equipment, etc.
The linear transmission of the transport section consists of a high-precision ball screw and a highly wear-resistant linear guide, ensuring accurate transportation.
The bending lever utilizes a high-strength silent chain drive controlled by an oil cylinder, providing sufficient power for bending the pipe.
The hydraulic circuit is equipped with cooling and speed control devices, which are robust, stable, and durable.
Bending on Four Axes
The system can display the coordinates of the positions of axes X, Y + Y, and Z in real time. It features four-axis detection X, Z, Y + Y, and an alarm signal. It includes a production count statistics function and working time statistics, facilitating production management.
